Overseas Bases... Status: new war engine

Detailed Description:

We should have overseas bases for our military. In the real world, the US has bases in Europe and Asia. This would increase our attack radius too. How much can be stationed at an overseas base could be dependent on treaties, transport planes, and transport ships. Vote yes for a more realistic view on how militaries work, Vote no to keep the same unrealistic view of how militaries work
