Detailed Description:
...Nuclear weapons are currently only able to be used during wars, and there are easy steps that you can take to defend yourself from them. However, in the real world, Any nation can launch nuclear weapons anytime they want. Now, of course, there will be rouges, but we can always destroy their nuclear weapons programs to make things safer. We should also have nuclear defense, like anti-bomber weapons and nuclear missile interceptors, but they should have a realistic hit/miss percentage. Vote yes for a more realistic world, vote no for unrealistic representation of how nuclear strategy works.

In the real world, nuclear weapons have been used twice and it was 62 years ago. Luckily, they were never used since that time.
In simcountry it is much easier to use them and to make it more realistic, we should make it much harder to use nukes. For now, we will leave it as is.
