Detailed Description:
There should be a corp for nuclear power. It would be "green" energy. Such a corp would create more demand for uranium/plutonium making them worth something beyond weapon building. So players would end up with three corps that can make money. We need an alternative to these fossil fuels. Vote yes for change and a broader energy market.
