Detailed Description:
we should be able to setup nuclear power plants in our country. this would be a good feature because it would enable a country to possess nuclear power without sacrificing the economy, in fact it would help the economy. a nuclear plant would be classified as a corporation so that a whole new index wouldnt be required to be added. the nuclear plant would also run on uranium as part of the required supplies.
vote yes to put nuclear power to a new better use. vote no to make weapons the only use for nuclear power.
