Detailed Description:
We see it all the time: consumption is changed, suddenly causing perenially scare supplies to go into surplus ... production is changed, causing contracts to require immediate fixing ... employment is changed, causing worker shortages and wrecking employment rates ... worker adjustments are made, causing a sudden loss of professionals and a destruction of hospitals and schools. We aren't complaining that these changes are being made. Sometimes adjustments have to be made, and a dynamic game is more fun than a static one. What is terribly annoying, though, is when these adjustments are made without warning, late in the month. Some of us are playing for awards here. You think you know what the rules are going to be, and then WHAM! - a "correction" is made, and then explained AFTERWARD in game news what was done. When such a thing is done late in the month, it introduces a large element of randomness into who places where in the standings, and who ends up with the awards. This! is not good.
I propose that W3Creative schedule all corrections to occur during the first 10 days of the month, and after that, HANDS OFF! They could even designate a certain day, such as the 10th, as "chaos day," when all of the corrections planned for the month are installed. Corrections made after that day should only be made if there is a dire need and it cannot wait until the beginning of the next month, and even then, there should be a PRE-announcement in Game News, i.e. "We must make a correction to ______. This is what is going to happen as a result. This correction will be installed on _____."
Vote YES if you agree that corrections should be announced and scheduled better, and never made late in the month. Vote NO if you want corrections to remain unpredictable.

W3Creative reaction:
We agree, and accept this very clear vote, that certain types of changes should be avoided. We will be more careful and delay certain changes to the first days of the following month. Most changes however do not have major effects on the score and can be implemented any time.
