Detailed Description:
We should have another portion of the cash market added. We have one for game cash, and for 1 million pop bids. But some people just want a few thousand of a certain kind of worker. So we should be able to sell up to 50,000 of any kind of worker for Gc's. So if you need High Level Managers, you can go to the cash market and look for anyone selling High Level Managers. Vote Yes please.

This seems like a good idea but it should not go as far as solving all the country's problems with money. We are planning several additions to the cash market ASAP.
