Detailed Description:
I would like to see an upgrade to naval forces. Diesel or nuclear attack subs could be defensive balance to surface naval forces. If a sub sinks a carrier the attacker could not use naval aircraft in an attack. Naval forces should be able to seek and destroy incoming aircraft. Port cities could be blockaded and trade cut off. The naval portion of the game could use some tweaks.
