Detailed Description:
In the spirit of what the OPEC gentleman was thinking of. Why not create a section in countries that shows the natural resources of your country. If you are a "major" world producer of say Oil or Gas or Gold or whatever, it allows you to join an international organization of other player countries that can manipulate the prices ever so slightly(less than 5%) per game month, but only when demand exceeds production worldwide. If there is a glut on the market for the resource then the price would automatically fall worldwide regardless of voting. They wouldn't have any actual control over the amount of goods on the market, but they can at least try to manipulate the price.
This would give active presidents another aspect of governance to take part in the global arena.
Vote yes if this sounds like a good idea or that some variation of this idea sounds good with some changes by the developers.
