Detailed Description:
I built corps in countries while they were c3 then someone becomes president and builds way to many corps reducing the workers to 10% each and raises their salary index to 200 its bad enough their ignorance costs me 5 billion to move the corporation (for damages caused to them) and I am actually doing them a favor. In situations where the presidents ignorance is killing your corporation there should be no penalty for moving the corporation, its not my fault people build 50 corps in a country with 8 million.

We agree. In such cases, the move should be for free or even worse. The problem is to set criteria for the conditions under which such a move will become free or even for damages paid by the country.
We will try to define some conditions that can be measured in the country and change the cost structure for moving corporations.
