Detailed Description:
W3C constantly say they want us to move towards a game where population and game cash are virtual assets that will be traded more freely but as it stands the task of trading our own assets amongst our own empires/enterprises is extremely tedious and unnecessary.
My suggestion is simple, allow players to store game money and population in their accounts as well as gold coins which is currently all we can store in our accounts. From here we could sell these virtual assets on the cash market or transfer them into needy empires/enterprises on different worlds. There may need to be a new universal currency introduced to account for all the different exchange rates on different worlds but surely if we are heading in the direction of virtual assets then allowing players to better control and send these assets where they are needed is a must
For more flexibility with regard to moving population and game money around our empires and enterprises on different worlds vote yes. If you think that it should remain difficult to move these assets around your empires/enterprises vote no.

W3Creative reaction:
We can see that you can improve the way current game assets are handled. We intend to allow direct and quick sales instead of the offering process that requires you to wait very long. However, we do not want to add to the complexity of current game assets.
We already have population and game money and introducing game money on the account with all the complexities of the exchange rate will add little functionality and more complexity. We also have a problem with "Storing" people on the account.
Instead, we would like to improve the status of corporations as game assets, add natural resource concessions, buildings and urban project of large numbers of homes, and fixed assets in general, also the possibility to trade and lease estates that are parts of the country and can be used to setup businesses.
Population transfer may be added also between worlds as will be the case with many other game assets.
