Detailed Description:
As of now, the "population contributions" to the cost of education and health does not even go for 25% of the cost (around 15% for education and 5% for health). Moreover, there is no control on the "income" that the citizens in our country pay to the government. As per basic national accounting, I think most realize that one of the main sources of Income of any government in real life is the income tax paid by citizens. Therefore I request that W3C allows presidents to have some control on the "population contributions" and "income tax" so that we can adjust our income and cover at least 25% of the cost of education and health, and get more than 16% of the income citizens earn. This should be part of bigger rehaul of the national finances and should include real effect of budget, and other features that are disabled in the finances index. If you more or less agree with the above please vote yes. If you want to keep looking at your finances index and budget and wonder why it doesn't do anything, vote no, and I wasted my time.
Thanks, Manny.

W3Creative reaction:
We agree. The simulation has a missing part in that area and we plan to complete it as we also plan to complete the whole issue of spending versus the quantities of products that are bought each month.
These two problems should be solved ASAP.
