Detailed Description:
We have all these shiny features but one of the biggest area's of neglected development in the game is the simpeople themselves. For example:
* We have no control over taxes at all (no control over income taxes, investment taxes, land taxes, etc, etc)
* There is no real details on the condition of the people themselves apart from simple things like life expectancy and welfare index. I think this area needs to be explored more, things such as personal debt levels, fitness level (are my people overweight or suffering malnutrition)
* There is hardly any housing market, all we are told is how many homes and the value of all these homes, lets have a breakdown of this area, are my people living in mansions or high rise apartments? The percentage of owner occupiers and renters, and a renting market in general.
I could go on forever but I think I have made the point clear, if you too would like to have more details about your own citizens and more abilities to affect the lives of your people through more adjustable taxes and policies vote yes. If you would like to keep it more at the current macro level vote no.
