Detailed Description:
Currently if a ceo has one of their corps in a country that is at war, the ceo doesn't find out...basically until the corp is blown up.
I propose that Ceo's receive messages to their inbox when one of their corporations is at risk of being blown up. (for example, as soon as or shortly after the initial war declaration against the country is made).
