Detailed Description:
Currently every Common Market has it's rules, in which it states how much percent of the last month production a country should devote to the Common Market, but are the members doing so or not is difficult to say, because you can't see it. Vote YES if you want to see how much percent of total production every country is contributing, vote NO if you think that this isn't necessary.

The contracts are automatic and cannot be reduced below the committed percentage. In addition, we have added a transaction log that shows all the common market transactions with quantities and pricing. It is now quite easy to follow the numbers.
