Detailed Description:
In the game you can return 15% of the workforce that works in Enterprise controlled corps. Housewives also can only be reintroduced at a reduced rate. I think that if your country had the policies and ability to put those people back to work it should be able to. So basically I am saying we should be able to send everyone back to work. This is about 12% of my total population right now that isn't working because of caps. Without them I could greatly increase my countries income potential. Vote yes to rid the caps and no to keep them.

The percentage is increased. It was published in the game news recently. Unlimited increase is unrealistic. Every country has a percentage of people who are disabled and housewives who will never go to work.
The increase and use of these functions are significant. Future development in Simcountry will take the participation percentage in the work force into account and determine the development level of the country partially on this percentage.
