When attempting to offer/sign product or supplies contracts on the "Local" market, that Local Market should include corporations in not only that country or enterprise, but ALL of your corporations in your "Slave" countries and your Enterprise(s. What is the advantage of having multiple countries and/or enterprises if they cannot trade locally between themselves?
