List of Countries by Tax Rate and Unemployment % Status: will be added

Detailed Description:

Provide an automatically updated list of all countries, listing the lowest tax rate countries first. Provide the ability to specify a type of corporation to build, and show the numbers of unemployed per relevant labor category in an easy to read matrix. Color code (or via some other mechanism) the numbers so it's obvious which numbers are high-percentage matches for fitting that corporation into the country. For an added bonus, allow one to specify a player name to filter the countries by, for those who want to invest in a particular empire.
