Detailed Description:
I was thinking stealing, breaking a peace treaty and such should be possible. With an integrity index for all to look at before making deal with a country Prez, or CEO. Considering some of the ilk that plays this game maybe they would be better off without it, but with the United Nations coming in to play, maybe, it could be possible to try to punish such activity. It could be interesting, fines, jail (not being able to adjust country perimeters for awhile), and bounty hunters (?). This could make things better or worse depending how smart the big warlords are. Anyway just a peace that seemed missing. Vote Yes for an integrity index or no if you are afraid of getting caught.

W3Creative reaction:
When the united nations feature is implemented, such features become possible and will add fun to the game. We intend to add more functions that will allow countries to refuse United Nations decisions and face the consequences.
