Detailed Description:
If we buy the booster "Corporation Upgrades", and we have a lot of corporations close to their maximum allowed upgrade level, it is very labor intensive to apply only a few upgrades per corporation to max them out. Remember that 1 month worth of boosters gives you 300 upgrades. Now imagine applying these upgrades manually to corporations with 5 or 10 at the time. Therefore it might be interesting if we had an option to automatically distribute these upgrades to all corporations.
This could be done in the same way like we can now distribute cash to corporations: do it manually per corporation (as it is currently with boosters), or transfer a certain amount to each corporation. This option would exist for both quality and productivity upgrades.
Of course this would be an added option, so people can still choose. This option doesn't require a database update, and a lot of the cash transfer script can be recycled, therefore this could be implemented pretty fast.
