Detailed Description:
Many features about federations have been voted and accepted and promised to be implemented. 1) Offensive/strategic weapons sharing 2) federation ranks 3) better communications (like utopia alliance forums/boards) 4) allow federation members to see each others' secret indexes. 5) Increase the membership of countries in a federation. And many others. This is not a vote about you agreeing or not, because its already been voted and agreed on many times in the last 11 months, but none of these "federation features" have been implemented, even the most basic ones that should of been since the beginning of the game (all weapons sharing). So, vote yes so that W3C finally adds these features. Vote no if you prefer fish'n'chips while watching tv in the dark, or just dont vote if its gonna be no (always the same who vote no)... thank you

This is true and we are unable to implement everything you ask for. The capacity of our users to vote for changes and additions if far greater than our capacity to implement these changes.
