Despite the assertions of some simulated CEO's Hostile Bidding in real world situations is only for public corporations. Private corporations are only for sale if agreed to by the ownership.
Vote yes to remove all hostile bids on private corporations except for nationalizations which can be avoided by a simple move or agreed to sales. Public corps as the name suggests are always open to hostile bidding.
Vote no to prove your incompetence beyond all reasonable doubt.

This is true but completely under estimated in the game. If these takeovers will be removed, the enterprise game will become a trivial no risk game intended as a money maker only. We think that such takeovers are essential for the dynamics of Simcountry.
