Detailed Description:
On september 19th, in the list of polls, W3C announced that they would fix the fact that we can buy production plants, but can't use them, and this was promised to be done ASAP. Today, allmost 3 months later, this has not bin implemented. A few days ago new products ware adden (military services, fuel,...), and CEO's and countries can buy and sell them. When this was implemented, the production plants could be added easy and fast, but this didn't happen. I propose that W3C groups game changes, so every time something new is implemented, they look over the things on the waiting list and immediately implement those things asked that are in the same subsystem of the game. This will result in less time for those things to be changed, so more changes can be done in the same amount of time.

The proposal has been ACCEPTED.
W3Creative reaction:
Unfortunately we are unable to implement as many changes as there are requests voted for. At the same time we must continue implementing new features, both from the voted list and new ideas.
The production plants are not traded for a reason. They have a special status because they make it possible or impossible to build new corporations. Trading them freely will interfere with that process.
This is the reason for the delay. The change is much more complex than it looks. Adding new products is simpler and by default, all new products can be traded by everyone.
The exceptions are production plants that are linked to new corporations and airports that are linked to air transport corporations.
