Detailed Description:
Now that W3C has created the ability for us to create garrisons at all of our facilities I would propose that once we set the garrisons up that we should be able to setup a certain amount of monthly spend that the system could then use to purchase the equipment needed to fill all the garrisons we deployed. I have deployed hundreds of garrisons times multiple countries... trying to keep track of what equipment I need to buy is difficult at best. Please vote yes if you think we should be able to say spend this much per month on equipment required for garrisons and have it reduced form our military spending allotment. It would not stop us from buying more if we wanted it to move faster. or vote no to keep the system manual and difficult to keep track of...
