Detailed Description:
I would like to propose new positions for the Federations. As of right now you can only be the Chairman or a Member. I believe we should have the option to elect more than just a Chairman. Chairman should be the leader of the Federation for the first three game months or until there are at least four members, after which the system should give the members of the federation the right to elect a Chancellor to take the place of the Chairman and lead the federation, a Premier as Vice Chancellor in case something happens to the Chancellor and shares some of the powers of the Chancellor such as inviting Free Members, a Military Minister to gain data from defense index and offense index of each country in case of a war or attack and relay information to the federation members and a Foreign Relations Minister to gain data on the federations economy and relations with other countries and federations. These four elected members form the governing council for the federation, and should communicate frequently with each other. This would give the Federations a Political Infrastructure. This would not change the roles of the members, they would vote the same as normal. The members would also set how long each elected official would stay in office by holding an election. If you agree and would like to see this take place vote yes, if not and you would like things to stay the way they are vote no.
