Detailed Description:
Right now, we only have access to the download tables, and for anyone who wants to compute the stats for its empire or federation, it needs to be done manually for all empires, and federations in order to compare. I suggest that the same way we have countries rankings, there should be empire and federation ranking based on a) population b) production (Total Production Value) and Army Size (Employed Army). The stats would be public on the portal page, and each month the top 3 empires and federations should be rewarded for their performances. Manny
