Detailed Description:
This vote is to make an option to allow an option to make CM contracts dynamic according to market fluctuation, i.e., if a CM contract is set at 100% market, it will remain at 100% of the market as the market changes. This could be a check-box option, so that the current non-dynamic contracts could still be used. It would be nice so that we wouldn't have to monitor our CM contracts so closely all the time. Vote Yes if you support this feature.
