Detailed Description:
We should be able to release these resources if we believe they are no longer needed. Also, the system should explain how they work. I lost a lot of schools and hospitals when I set them, because I thought the workers would only be used when activated. ALSO, WE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO DO MORE THAN ONE POLL EVERY THREE WEEKS, THAT'S JUST RIDICULOUS. WHY HOLD BACK IDEAS?????

Resources can be released back to the country. Only the best ideas should be voted on. Weekly proposals will increase the number of votes, which is already far too high. It does not make sense because there is no time to develop even 10% of these ideas. Once per 3 or 6 weeks, will make people think twice before they put an idea forward and they will only do so if these ideas are excellent.
We have currently hundreds of accepted votes and a huge list of features that where developed by ourselves and should be added to the game.
