Detailed Description:
Deployment of troops around the world with out declaring war on other is an great idea I think personally, but I hate declaring war gets to take over a country i would like to deploy troops in other countries that ask for help with out declaring war and station military base around the world or what ever country that wants the help!!! vote yes or no vote yes is your best bet .have a nice day ;)

As we have published before, a new war engine is being developed. It will allow the setting up of military units and movements of military units around the world. The new war engine has a high priority and will be developed ASAP.
