Detailed Description:
The system tends to not hire employees just because they are short other positions of staff without much control of the corporation owners. In real life, corporations can cross train or promote from within by training a lower level worker to a higher-level position. That helps to keep production up running rather than to not hire others just because they don't have staff for 1 or 2 other needed positions. You already have changing down to lower level positions but what about promotion from within the corporation. Being able to promote from a lower lever management position to a middle management position, etc. We also cannot see what staff we are short handed for each corporation to even bring new staff in. There just seems to be very little control on staffing. Also, if you have a lot of Senior Doctors but need more Doctors, why can't a hospital use the senior doctors instead of having them unemployed. In real life, a senior doctor unemployed would take a job as a staff doctor when desperate for a job. It would be more real world if we had more control on staffing. Do you agree?
