Detailed Description:
As everyone knows, countries that border water or exist on smaller islands have always been the most sought-after. Everyone enjoys the feeling of being a 'port' country - and the land-locked countries are the ones that typically go unclaimed for the longest. I'd like to see W3 create more 'island' countries - except, not new continents, but rather, considerably smaller land masses, either off the coast, or in the ocean, that are occupiable by Presidents. They can still fall under the region of the one with the closes shoreline, within the existing continents, but these islands could be large enough for one, maybe two countries. These could be used by empires as a sort of naval headquarters, with supplies and other materials available on them. Or, they could be used by Presidents as a sort of 'safe haven', as these island countries would likely be more difficult to attack and conquer. As a president with a growing empire, I strongly would enjoy the idea of having the ability to grow with truly satellite nations - holdings that are small and belong only to me, almost like Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, or the Azores in real life. Tiny masses that can be used to either escape the threat of war, or to help Presidents better facilitate it and make themselves more competitive in cross-continent battle. Does anybody else agree? :)

W3Creative reaction:
If membership will grow, we will add smaller worlds with relatively more countries with a coast line.
