Corporation production output should be changed to work according to these figures: monthly production = template production * welfare index * hiring + product remainder. Obviously the production can only be an integer, but the remainder should be saved for next month. When enough remainders has been saved to allocate a whole, another ware is produced. The change from your formula here is that the corporation accumulates a product remainder that will eventually turn into a full product.
As for goods used, these should be: monthly usage = template usage * hiring. The change here is to drop the production multiplier letting welfare index also affect material waste, where high welfare allows less waste than your template corporation.

This is how it works. There are corporations that produce 0.1 product a month. They accumulate it up to a level of one (takes 10 months at full production) and then sell the one product. Raw materials use depends on what is really used in the process. Fractions of products were always taken into account.
One difference is that production levels also depend on the availability of the raw materials and a more complex formula that takes the welfare index into account. Linear dependency on the welfare index is too harsh as a parameter and the dependency is weaker.
Raw materials use depends on the production level that depends on the hiring level. We see no reason to make raw materials use, depend on welfare. The corporate output depends on welfare and that is complex enough.
