Detailed Description:
We as players are grateful still for the changes W3 continues to do, but it is very frustrating when we ask for small changes and they are not done, then there is a concern for a lack of players; it is the lack of respect for the players that drives people to other games. Here is my proposal which has been started already, NUMEROUS TIMES, and have yet to be completed!
TARGET SALARIES: On the corporations page we can only change the taxes by 3% per game month. On the Gov salaries page, we can only change the salaries 3% per game month. It is very draining and takes a very long time to change the salaries manually. On both pages there should be a "Target Salaries" to change the salaries. So if taxes are 30%, and we set the target to 70%, the taxes increase every game month by 3% until it reaches 70%. This would greatly reduce the stress of doing it manually. Government salaries should be the same way. VOTE: PLEASE VOTE YES. THANKYOU.

Our resources are limited. The choices of features we make depend on what we think will have the greatest effect on the functionality of the game. Many (not all) of the voted ideas are great but they try to correct small details while most of our effort is directed at new functionality and expanding scope of the game We are dividing our resources between small corrections and new features. There was a period when we implemented 20 features a week and many players requested us to slow down. You can see these periods on the game news page. We are now trying to mix corrections with the introduction of major features.
The salary targets were implemented for corporations and will be implement for government workers too but within a small margin of the corporate workers. It was not done before because the government salaries have no further effect and lowering them to zero will just cut costs.
We will allow these salaries to fluctuate between corporate salaries +/- 20%. In the future, we will implement an effect of these salaries on the welfare of the country and the quality of the army and allow them to fluctuate more freely.
