Detailed Description:
Ok in the game when you order construction you order a certain amount then it disappears. In real life construct needs workers and equipment and stay and doesn't just go away. I think when ordering construction it should be ordered as crew and equipment instead of as numbers that disappear later. vote yes if you agree.

Construction, like services is a service. Buying construction means that you buy contracts for construction work. The work is taken care of by construction corporations that have many workers and equipment. The construction corporations do not disappear, they keep working and building each month.
If you want them to keep building for your country and keep maintaining buildings and homes, you need to buy more construction work each month.
