Detailed Description:
In a large common market its not uncommon for one person to be represented by several of the countries they own, and each of those 'countries' has a vote, meaning one person, in effect, can vote as many times as they have countries in the common market. This seems a minor thing, but it gives that one person a controlling interest in the voting process, and can make a large difference on a tight vote to accept or reject a new member, or evict an old one. I would like to see one person--one vote, no matter how many countries they have in the common market they belong to.

W3Creative reaction:
This vote is rejected but we are surprised. It was voted for before and it is also the rule in the UN in the game or when voting for a boycott.
