Detailed Description:
We should be able to select a purchase from and sell to priority system, such that, when we need factory maintenance units our company will try and purchase them from our common market first, and if they are unavailable then they will try and buy them from the open market if we select "Common Market First" in the priority section. This would be more realistic as companies are always going to try and buy from someplace where they can get the product for a cheaper price and from a company that is a member in a similar organization rather than a total stranger one. This would function aside from our contracted items and such area, where we would be able to buy things from our common market without having to be on a contract to do so.

This vote is unclear and needs to be specified. Factory maintenance units are like all other materials a corporation needs. The corporation may need services, sugar and factory maintenance units.
All the materials a corporation needs can be purchased on the market but can also be contracted on the local and common market.
Factory maintenance units can be contracted like all other materials. Why is it necessary to create a different trading system for this one product?
