Detailed Description:
The leader country to have a summary page for the whole of the empire, shown in the same format and shows the same information as the country finance page. Also, merge empire loans into 1 and empire cash into 1. We have the empire overview but it is laborious to transfer cash. The finance charges should not be applied until the limit multiplied by the number of countries has been reached. It would be great to know how much your empire loses or gains in assets and income/expenses. At the moment when a slave is conquered, the loans stay with the original owner but the cash doesn't. This way, the cash would stay with the original empire as it sits with the main country.
