Detailed Description:
I am in total agreement with the previous poll. Without warning many many schools are closed along with hospitals and universities. Closed Schools, Universities and Hospitals. This should be controlled much better than the current way. My poll has to do with the huge expense occurring to have to rebuild new schools, universities and hospitals, when in fact, the facilities were already built and were just closed. In the real world, the facilities are re-staffed. (In the real world, schools don't close due to lack of staffing) There should be at least a mode for putting new staff in already built facilities. Please vote Yes, for reusing already built (closed) schools, universities and hospitals!
