Detailed Description:
Currently, when a CEO is looking for a country to build in, and uses the "Search Again" feature, the results are dismal. Results bring countries that have major lack of the type of workers needed. Or a Country where there are plenty of workers, but the President has not logged on of weeks to months. The question I propose is this.
Refine the search results to ONLY those countries that can support the number AND type of worker required, AND whose President has logged on in the previous week.

We will add better selection criteria to the search process for countries. If workers are not available, higher salaries will attract workers. Countries with no president are doing ok in the game and corporations can be placed with automatic permission.
