Each subject would have a blog so those who are members can add to or take away from(make adjustments to) the Body of the Subject being voted on. (Body being the wording of the subject) Now each person could ask a question or make a suggestion to improve the proposed change(s). And the person who made the poll could reword the subject body and post a revote.
