Detailed Description:
Currently, a player (9 out of 10 times it is a nOOb) who places a bid on a corp. owned by another ACTIVE player who utilizes the "auto-bid" selection is unable to retract their bid after a very short period of time. By the time the player who owns the corp. see's the bid placed on their corp., due to the "auto-bid" selection, there is nothing the corp. owner can do to stop the takeover of their corp.
This proposal is for the game engineers to ADD to the bid process, a way for the bidder to RETRACT their bid at any time, not just a few minutes after placing the bid. The coding is there, just keep it in place and remove the time expiration limit.
Please vote YES to ADD bid retraction availability to the corp. bidding process. Thank you.

New players cannot bid for corporations of active players. We have made that very difficult. We will look into it again and make sure it does not happen.
Extending the retract function is not going to help here. It is the bidder who must retract and he may not do so.
