Detailed Description:
Currently the bidding periods are fixed. I propose to make it possible to choose yourself the length of the bidding period. For selling countries, pop and coins for cash. Finding a good buyer for a country is difficult so being able to keep it on the market for 2 weeks improves the chances of finding a good owner. Repeatedly having to put it back on the market can be avoided then. Same for population and cash if one wishes a better price for it and has the time. Vote "YES" if you want to choose the bidding period, vote "NO" if you wanna keep the fixed periods.
