Detailed Description:
I would be glad if it was possible to sell as many oil (oil is an example) to every corporation in my country with a limit to 10x monthly need.
Example: if I have 10.000.000 Oil in stock and my country has 10 companies which use 100.000 oil per month and have all only 40.000 oil in stock, I should be able to fill in '10 month' and click one button, and then automatically 60.000 oil ( 100.000 - 40.000 )will be sold to each company.
Same for buying: it should be possible for my country to buy ALL overstock (resources with larger stocks than a corp. needs in 10 month) with a single click button.
This would take away a lot of mini-management which is quite annoying.

Most of the local trading is done if you set up the local market function. We could make it easier to automatically setup the local market in a single click and may make it the default.
