Detailed Description:
Recently, I had a unpleasant situation. A player with a country in secured mode would remove his country from secured mode, send sneak attacks against my country, and place his country back into secured mode. I propose that if a country attacks an active player; that country should not be allowed to re-enter secured mode for 14 days. This allows time for effective, proportional retribution.
