Detailed Description:
It seems to me that practically everyone in the game wants a country with waterfront, and it also seems to me that all the good seaside countries are taken. Finally, it seems to me that it's about time for a new world. Therefore I move that an Archipelago world, that is an island chain world, be created.
Now I'm no programmer, and I don't know if that is easy to fulfill on this fractal system, but every planet I see, the oceans are the lifeblood. It also presents opportunity for new industries, like shipping, and attack submarines, not to mention the sorely missing fishery business. It would also make for interesting military scenarios, with Navies and Marine military branches taking the forefront.
The Islands wouldn't have to be tiny, although 1-2 country Islands would be most effective, 5-10 nations per Island sounds reasonable to me.
Finally, a Japan-like center continent could still be present, for all the Imperialists out there.
