Remove W3C from the cashout feature. Allow players to sell GC's and assets on the private market via pay-pal. Return the game to the fun and unequal version of before. Vote yes to have fun playing once more.

many players do sell gold coins for money to each other. W3C reduced its involvement in the market. When we pulled away altogether, there were shortages of offers and many requests for W3C to return and offer cash for gold coins and also population.

We will pull back from the market when it becomes larger and our offers are not needed.
