Detailed Description:
How about this? Imagine your air force captures a non neighboring air field. Shouldn't they be able to use that air field? That basically goes along with my thinking on this. If you can get air planes landed in an area, shouldn't you be able to have them fly back, pick up artillery, tanks, what have you, and invade the entire area?
