Detailed Description:
Presently there is an "Ideology Statement" allowed for federations. Certain common markets are started and work with (sometimes limited to) a specific federation. Such fed statements help tell perspective members the purpose of the group. It would assist markets to have a similar statement. Markets that are already working with (or limited only to) a specific fed could be identified in a statement. ***There should be a "Ideology Statement" for common markets***
