The user acknowledges that, due to the nature of the Internet, W3creative, its affiliates and partners can assume no liability for unauthorized copying of any content uploaded to the site by other users.
Each party acknowledges that the other party has entered into this Agreement relying on the limitations of liability stated herein and that those limitations are an essential basis of the agreement between the parties.
The entire aggregate liability for W3creative.com, its affiliates and partners to the user for all claims arising from the use of the Service is limited to an amount equal to the sums actually received by W3creative.com from the user under this Agreement in the previous six months of using the services.
