When will the population stabilize?
The change will have no short term effect and will start kicking in, in the coming weeks when the stable numbers in the 0-4 year age group start to influence the numbers in the following age groups.
Graphs showing the number of population in the various age groups will start stabilizing, one for one, until the effect is spread into all age groups.
