The War Engine and Military Units Fighting Levels
As of today, military units can upgrade their fighting power and the war engine takes their quality into account.
The Simcountry war engine now uses the full power of military units and high quality units can change the results of each attack or defense action.
The current quality limits are between 80 and 120 while before, all units had a fighting quality of 100. We will widen the range in the coming days and weeks.
